Property Crimes per 1000 Residents, 2006, Municipal
This datalayer presents the property crimes per 1000 residents of each municipality in 2006. It provides information about public safety condition for each municipality. In the Uniform Crime Reporting Program, property crime includes the offenses of burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft and arson.  The object of the theft-type offenses is the taking of money or property, but there is no force or threat of force against the victims.  This data provides useful information to the general public to understand the safety condition of their community. It also includes important information to the policy makers and agencies on effective program planning and regulation making.  
   
 
Violent Crimes per 1000 Residents, 2006, Municipal
This datalayer presents the violent crimes per 1000 residents of each municipality in 2006. It provides information of public safety condition for each municipality. Violent crime is composed of four offenses: murder and negligent manslaughter, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault. According to the Uniform Crime Reporting Program's definition, violent crimes involve force or threat of force. This data provides useful information to the general public to understand the safety condition of their community. It is also important information to the policy makers and agencies on effective program planning and regulation making.  
   
 
Property and Violent Crimes, 1990-2006, Municipal
This datalayer presents the property crime calls and violent crimes calls for each municipal from 1990 to 2006. This data is useful information to the general public to understand the safety condition of their community. It is also important for the policy makers and agencies for effective program planning and regulation making, in order to improve the public safety.
