This data layer shows the boundaries of Boston neighborhoods. It shows the name of the neighborhood and the Boston Redevelopment Authority ID.  
   
 
Boston Parcels, 2005

This data layer shows the boundaries of Boston Parcel in the year of 2005. It provides detailed information of each parcel, including owner, street name, street type, zip code, lot size, mailing address, building area, gross tax, and so on.  
   
 
New England State Boundaries

This datalayer represents the outlines of the New England states: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. The information of each states includes state FIPS (U.S. Census ID), state name, and total state acreage.

The Massachusetts House Legislative Districts (2002) datalayer reflects the state House of Representatives district boundaries as defined by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 57: Section 4. These 160 districts are those used in the Fall 2002 elections. Names of elected officials are up-to-date as of January, 2005.

The Massachusetts Senate Legislative Districts (2002) datalayer reflects the state Senate district boundaries as defined by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 57: Section 3. These 40 districts are those used in the Fall 2002 elections. Names of elected officials are up-to-date as of April, 2004.

This datalayer shows the boundaries of Census tracts for the year of 2000. It provides detailed demographic information for each census tract. Census tract is a small, relatively permanent statistical subdivision of a county delineated by a local committee of census data users for the purpose of U.S. Census presenting data. This datalayer shows the boundaries of census block in 2000. It provides information about blocks of total population, acreage, and square miles. A Census block is the smallest geographic unit for which the Census Bureau tabulates 100-percent data. For information about census tract, please see Glossary

This datalayer shows the boundaries of census block groups in 2000. It provides information about blocks per block group, total population, acreage, and square miles. Census Block Group is subdivision of a census tract (or, prior to 2000, a block numbering area); a block is the smallest geographic unit for which the Census Bureau tabulates 100-percent data.
